Fendrum
A small studio running focused services for small US businesses.
Each service does one job and goes by its own name. This page lists all of them, so if one of our emails mentioned a name you didn't recognise, you can see who we are and what we do.
Services
What we run
Most of these are new. The ones marked "early testing" are being tried with a small number of businesses before we decide whether to keep them.
-
Backcallr
For US home-service businesses like plumbers and HVAC contractors
Missed-call follow-up. Missed calls and web enquiries are logged and sent to the owner right away. Once the business's texting registration is approved, missed callers get a text back within about a minute.
-
Tin Awning
For US trades, independent auto repair shops, small manufacturers and commercial cleaners
Fixed-price website redesigns, with a free homepage concept on request, plus local SEO setup like Google Business Profile, page titles and sitemaps.
Basic security hardening too: HTTPS, updates, backups and email SPF, DKIM and DMARC, done only with the owner's written permission. We never scan anyone's site uninvited.
-
Reply Bench
For independent auto repair shops in the US
The owner forwards Google's new-review emails to us and our system drafts a reply to each review. The owner checks the drafts and posts them himself. We never have access to the shop's Google account.
-
Friday Permit File
For roll-off dumpster companies working in Chicago
Every Friday, a CSV of the past week's City of Chicago building permits for demolition, rehab, remodels and new construction, compiled from the City's public permit records. Not affiliated with the City of Chicago.
-
Duty Ledger
For US online brands that ship to customers in the EU
A catalog file with proposed tariff codes and the product ID fields EU sales need from 1 November 2026, for the brand's carrier or IOSS intermediary to confirm and declare.
-
Dwell Desk
For US importers bringing in ocean containers, and the brokers who work with them
A free check of one detention and demurrage invoice against the FMC's billing rule (46 CFR 541). If it has problems, we build a dispute packet that the importer reviews and sends in their own name. Not legal advice, and we don't represent anyone before the FMC or a carrier.
-
Sunday Clip File
For US churches that post their Sunday sermons online
Each Sunday sermon turned into four short captioned vertical clips with the church's branding and no music, ready every Tuesday. Our system suggests the moments, nothing is final until the pastor approves it, and the church posts the clips itself.

How we work
The short version
We email US businesses, one at a time
We write to businesses in the United States at a business email address they publish, about one service that fits what they do. Every email includes our postal address and a way to opt out.
One opt-out covers everything
We keep one do-not-email list for every Fendrum service. If you opt out of one, you won't hear from any of the others. How to opt out.
Software does much of the work
We use software, including AI tools, to gather public business information and to draft emails, replies and files. Where a service gives you something to publish or send, like a review reply or a dispute letter, you check it and send it yourself.
Fixed prices
Our services are billed at a set price. We don't take a share of your sales or savings.
